		<description>John, so happy you&#039;ve come to shepherd this group of people that we love so dearly.  I was struck by your comments about the wonderful sanctuary and the wonderful natural light -- that always stands out in my mind about the Glendale sanctuary as well.  I&#039;m glad to read that the sanctuary is being restored to it&#039;s former glory.  I know that it will be a process where things will be sanitized, but definitely not sterilized -- a clean, new look, but the old, vibrant life will still be there.</description>
