Glendale Church of the Brethren

Many of my Republican friends are sad today, however, I have to confess that I am very happy. As someone who lost his health insurance in a divorce and then was denied coverage – I have empathy for the un-insured. I believe it is also a fact that unless we begin to reign in health care costs – any health plan will financially collapse.

I believe all of us are called upon to take greater responsibility for our own health – exercise, diet, good sleep, life affirming relationships with family and friends are all within our power. Faith, to me, is also indispensible in living a good life. Personally, as a Christian, this means a vital relationship with Jesus Christ. I wish you all a healthy, wonderful day on the good earth.
