Pastor Robert Aguirre
Robert Aguirre was born and raised in Reedley, a small farming town in Northern California. After graduating high school and junior college Robert joined the Navy in May of 2002. It was during this time that he felt a strong call to ministry. In May of 2008 Robert finished his time in the Navy with an honorable discharge and earned his B.A. degree from National University a few months later. Upon returning home he enrolled at Mennonite Brethren Biblical Seminary in Fresno California.
After graduating with his MDiv in the summer of 2012 he eventually found work as a chaplain at a retirement home and later pastored a church called Cornerstone Community Church of the Brethren. After four years of pastoring Robert spent a year and a half as a care specialist at a Mennonite Brethren non profit. Robert was called as the pastor of Glendale Church of the Brethren in June of 2019.
Robert has two daughters: Mia (11) and Lia (9) Aguirre.
